Member Monday: NFSA Meets with Quick Response Fire Protection Systems
The National Fire Sprinkler Association’s Michael Wilson met with William Yeckley Jr., president and founder of Quick Response Fire Protection systems and his designer Bruce at the company’s offices in Hastings, Pennsylvania.
This Pennsylvania fire sprinkler contractor opened its doors in 1994 in Carrollton, PA. The company moved to its current Hastings location in 2001 and has been there since.
Bill explained that his company handles everything related to fire sprinklers and will design, install, and maintain a variety of systems, including wet and dry and commercial and residential. The company has handled projects all throughout western Pennsylvania, including Pittsburgh and the Johnstown-Altoona area, and even as far east as Lancaster County.
Significant and Varied Projects
Quick Response’s projects are just as varied as the locations they work. William and Bruce shared a few honorable mentions. The company has handled the sprinkler system for a nearby Pepsi plant, as well as the construction of a facility for the Kongsberg Defense Corporation, and even a performing arts theater for the Mercersburg Academy.
The company has built a reputation over the years and is looking to continue its growth as a Pennsylvania fire sprinkler contractor. Luckily, the NFSA is there to help.
