The NFSA Field Operations and Leadership Team recently traveled to NFPA Headquarters in Quincy, MA to meet their counterparts in promoting Fire and Life Safety and to develop strategies for residential fire sprinkler advocacy.

NFSA Regional Managers, Area Directors and Industry Promotional Personnel were accompanied by NFSA President Shane Ray, Outreach and Governmental Relations Director Vickie Pritchett and Field Operations Director Gary West.

NFPA President Jim Pauley and Vice President of Outreach and Advocacy, Lorraine Carli welcomed everyone and introduced members of the NFPA family to their peers at NFSA.

This was the first time visiting NFPA for many of the NFSA Staff and the opportunity to meet and network with their colleagues was invaluable.

Meetings and presentations filled up the two-day visit and there was a great deal of ideas and information exchanged.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with our new friends and inviting them down to Maryland for a look at NFSA’s Headquarters in the near future.
