Member Monday: Elite Fire Protection Installs Fire Sprinklers in Homes and High Rises
The NFSA team stopped by the Elite Fire Protection offices in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, to meet with Frank Gentile, the president and founder of the company. While there, the team spoke with Frank to learn more about the company’s history, notable projects, as well as their place in the industry as a fire sprinkler contractor in Pennsylvania.
Elite Fire Protection’s History and Services
Frank shared that Elite Fire Protection has been in business for 14 years now. Operating out of its Delaware County office, Elite Fire Protection covers jobs all over the Philadelphia region, including the city itself, South Jersey, Delaware, and beyond.
The company, true in its dedication to life safety, will install fire protection systems in any building. Elite Fire Protection has worked in everything from single family homes in the local community all the way up to 16-story high rises in Center City, Philadelphia.
Elite has done work in the 16-story Versailles on Locust Street in Philadelphia, the Cardinal Dougherty building, and several universities in the area, including Drexel and Rowan. The company has also handled fire protection projects for the Philadelphia Museum of Natural History as well as stations for Amtrak and SEPTA.
These projects include everything from design and installation to inspections and repairs, and everything in between. Elite also offers backflow prevention services and is available 24 hours, 7 days a week to handle any emergency.
Frank shared that his company’s success is owed to its focus on building relationships and the importance of establishing a reputation for responsiveness and quality work.
Elite Fire Protection and the National Fire Sprinkler Association
Elite Fire Protection has been an NFSA member since 2019. While its membership has been recent, Elite has been no less involved in the industry; Frank frequently participates in chapter meetings and local events. Frank also takes advantage of NFSA’s Expert of the Day services. The NFSA team is proud to have such a quality contractor as a member and hopes to help Elite Fire Protection on its path of growth.
