The Department of Labor has issued new guidelines to employers regarding the posting of employees’ rights under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The guidelines dictate that a poster (linked below) should be posted in a prominent place in the office where notices are normally posted. The guidelines also indicate that employers may satisfy their obligations by mailing or emailing the poster to employees or by posting it on the employer’s website.
