The second day of NAFSE was both inspiring and productive. Attendees started the day off with a welcome that could only be found in Tennessee: Music! Mike Snider and his old time string band performed, much to the enjoyment of everyone. Former Navy Seal Chad Williams then offered his words of inspiration and encouragement and instructed all there on what makes and effective leader.
