ITM Reporting Summit & Fire Team NFSA in Fort Lauderdale
On November 12th, the National Fire Sprinkler Association and the Automatic Fire Alarm Association presented a NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 summit on inspection reporting management software used to track, manage and enforce inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems. Participants gained knowledge of the software systems’ jurisdictions are using across the U.S., along with contractor interaction with these systems. This was the second ITM reporting summit of 2018. The first was held in Chicago, Illinois in June. Both events covered several aspects and perspectives on online ITM report submittals, software, data management, inspection integration, and best practices for AHJs, contractors, software providers and building owners. The Summit was extremely well-attended and a true success for our Association and the participants.On November 13th, we kicked off Fire Team NFSA…our first since changing the name from Fire Team
